Lori Wilson is a strategic project and operational consultant with a 25 plus year proven track record of leadership and commitment to the healthcare industry.  Lori has strong project management, capital redevelopment, operational management and human resource experience. Her well-developed analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills have enabled her to be highly successful in numerous roles throughout her career.  Lori is flexible and approachable and she works effectively with people from all levels of an organization: front line to senior management to Board.

Lori focuses her consulting work in the areas of:

  • Hospital capital planning (P3 Projects) with a specialization in operational readiness and functional design
  • Support service operations including but not limited to environmental services; portering; mail; linen/laundry; materials management; emergency preparedness; switchboard/locating; telecommunications; parking; retail services.
  • Project management,  operational reviews and planning across the spectrum of the health and hospital sectors including both the clinical and support service areas.

Lori holds a Master of Health Administration/Health Promotion degree from the University of Toronto and has held many key senior management positions at the Toronto District Health Council, Bridgepoint Health and Women’s College Hospital. She has 3 adopted children and in her spare time she likes to volunteer with adoption related causes and at her local elementary school.
